The Workforce Education Service (WES) Funding Deadlines 2023-2024
Quarterly Priority deadline:
- The WES FUNDING ORIENTATION is required for both New and Former students, view the checklist.
- New WES Student – First time applying for the Workforce Education Services Funding Opportunity.
- Former Students – Received WES Funding in the past and Returning After Taking Time Away for a Year or longer.
- Returning WES students – A Funding Renewal form must be submitted using WES’ funding services each quarter.
- For any outdated files, students will be required to provide additional documentation to verify their continuous eligibility.

WES Census Date-the 4th day after the quarter begins
- Each quarter, students must have a finalized class schedule by the fourth day.
- The WES quarterly awards may not cover any newly added, dropped, or swapped classes.
- Students will be responsible for paying any outstanding debt, including late fines, in full: Set up tuition payment here.

TWFH – (Pending temporary hold to prevent classes from being dropped)
- This temporary hold will be placed on your account and removed by the 4th day of the quarter if your eligibility cannot be determined.
TWFH – (Retención de aprobación temporal para evitar que lo den de baja de clases)
- Esta retención temporal se colocará en su cuenta de estudiante y se eliminará antes del 4º día del trimestre si no se puede determinar su elegibilidad.
WFFH – (Approved Funding Hold)
- This quarterly hold will be added to your student account once staff has determined your eligibility to receive WES Funding.
